Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits
Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits
Description
Bojangles, a popular fast-food spot, shows a stark contrast in experiences. While some patrons rave about friendly service, delicious food, and delightful biscuits, others lament long wait times, rude staff, and errors in orders. High praise was given to staff like "Bo-daddy," who extends warmth and kindness, especially to families. However, recurring issues include inconsistent quality, particularly with chicken availability and order accuracy, raising concerns among frequent visitors. Despite mixed reviews, those who experienced excellent service highlight a clean atmosphere and a willingness to make things right, suggesting that perhaps customer experience may vary by location or time.

Great service! Super friendly people! Super clean and the restrooms are clean! We are traveling and needed to stop for lunch! As soon as walked in, like 5 people greeted us! hands down this is one of the best Bojangles! As we were leaving, the manager, Kim, wished us well on our journey back home! Thank you guys soo much for an amazing service! :
Couldn't get anyone to take my order. Sat in drive through line, didn't move. Went inside and people were acting silly. If you need food go somewhere else. I gave them 1 star because that is the minimum you can give. Been here before and said I would never go back. I mean it this time! Must be owned and operated by a group of DemoNcrats.
Our food was bagged and placed on the counter and we were told the cinnamon biscuit was coming right up. After we waited forever I asked for my bagged food that was still sitting on the counter getting cold and we left. They were not the normal crew.
I don't know what this was, but it definitely wasn't any competition to Popeyes, chicken wings had a turtle shell as crust, rice was terrible and service sucked, wanted to try it because we don't have it in the Midwest, stick to what you know, I guess what did I expect from a place named Bojangles, scraps
I was forgotten. February 1st, 2025. I went through the drive thru, around 9:10 am, to get my two children something to eat. I ordered a sausage biscuit, 2 large bo rounds, and 2 bo berry biscuits. After paying at the window the cashier asked for me to move to the curbside pickup #1. With a minimal understanding of how a drive thru works, I gave an immediate response with okay, as I took my card back (with no receipt because I know when I get my bag it will have the order stickered to it) from the cashier, and hearing someone in the background yelling out how long on those biscuits I proceeded around another car waiting in front of me to go to curbside pickup #1. I sit and wait. After a couple minutes I notice the time 9:13 am. After 17 minutes someone pulls up beside me and a couple minutes later the same cashier comes out with the other person 's order. The cashier walks to me first and confirms that what is in their hand is not mine and processed to ask I 'm sorry, what did you order? I again report my order and the cashier takes the order in hand to the vehicle next to me. As the person next to me drives off with they 're food 20 minutes after I ordered mine. I get out of my vehicle and walk inside. When I get to the counter I hear them taking about someone 's order and something about don 't worry about it we 'll just make it now. I interrupt and say Did you forget about me? They ask what did you order, which only confirmed they indeed forgot me. They sent me to curbside instead of waiting at the window and forgot me. I was so furious at this point I just wanted what I paid for and go home. There is no excuse to forget about a customer that 's already paid.
