Marco's Pizza - Roebuck

It has taken over and hour to get our food delivered. The status changed at the time its should have been delivered to not prepared yet then they delivery time changed adding 30 minutes more. The food isn't hot like normal and I didnt get an extrapack of italian dressing as requested.

Quality of pizza is better than others due to fresh ingredients. People working there are nice. When ordering on web modification of order didn't work. Had to start a new order

Marco's pizza has a good reputation and I bought a good pizza there. But the last time I went there, I ordered a medium with extra paste, but it didn't have the extra paste and it was burned. Really burned until it was dry and I didn't check it, so I didn't know until I got home. And because I know there was no way that they would have fought like that without seeing it, I decided not to apply the store anymore.

Hold on for 31 minutes. 2 young girls gossiped as I think for over 30 min, as a man worked in the background. Sad service. You're losing a thousand dollars because of this kind of employee. The whole 30 minutes I could hear every word that the girls gossiped one of all the other phone lines constantly rings one they ignore the calls. Food is far-complete about price one all online coupons not good for this place. If I could give zero stars, I would be on SERVICE 8/25/22 915pm
