Jose was not only friendly but also knowledgeable and attentive; we never had to search for him—he was always right there when we needed him. The ambiance struck a lovely balance between cozy and elegant. And the food… it was truly exceptional! Each flavor was distinct yet harmoniously complemented the other components of the dish. The steaks were the best I’ve ever tasted, and my husband’s boar was beautifully plated. The tomahawk stole the show, and the chicken and gnocchi were equally delightful. Flores and Pine, with its outstanding staff and exquisite cuisine, surpasses anything you’d find in Montreal or Vancouver.

The ambiance is perfect for a romantic evening, and the food is just outstanding. The steaks are so tender that they practically melt in your mouth! I can't wait to return, and I hope to one day celebrate our wedding there!

Michael and the team at Flores and Pine went way above and beyond to make the night memorable and make us all feel special. From birthday cake for the birthday boy, learning a little history about the place, to tending to our every need and request, there was so much effort put into making our night truly special. This effort did not go unnoticed or appreciated. Also, the food was wonderful! I had the half chicken and the portion was very healthy and flavor was great. I highly recommend Flores and Pine.
