I had the pleasure to have served the tasty shish taouk skewer chicken with the greatest respect and courtesy of a sweet named cooksie who also owns the place I found out later. I am a food business and I loved that she did not judge me for not enough information about the Shawarma cuisine and explained rather to length, so that I fit a perfect choice to my taste buds. 10 on 10 both the beautiful service and the deli... terrible experience! the special and regular price plate have the same image, but they do not get the same item. since I wanted to have hummus that I had to be turned to the regular price plate. but plates do not come with pita brot, which defeated the purpose to have schawarma. since a shawarma is a filled pita brot pack! the taste was not so great either. not recommended. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the change of administration. this place was every time I am at crossiron, my preferred boxing stop. one of my previous customer service experience was so bad that I had decided not to come back. the eating is so delicious that I still under the covid maske. trust me, this place has the best shawarma in the city with decent portions. their garlic potatoes are a steal, also have to try their chicken tikka and beef kebobs. no idea why they call them sheesh touk and kefta, it must be their Lebanese or Mediterranean name.

Rude employees who harass them while they walk past and seem insulted if they don't try to rehearse. if they protect them, they will overload them arbitrarily for dinge like extra sauce or broth they do not order. there are far better schawarma elsewhere.
The Villa Madina at CrossIron has improved and the staff is very friendly and the quality of the food is amazing!
