the waitress was superior to the mistakes in my meal and made adjustments to my bill. although their attitude towards me changed despite a typpes. the chicken wings were boiled and gumy, and the pineapple and goatee salate lacked the beet. a misused and unhappy meal. View all feedback.

We went around 1 o'clock, after the lunch break, waited 45 minutes and all qe had received an salate. it was not busy at all, many employees. people around us got their food. the waitress said we were coming, but it took so long until the kitchen had burned the garlic toast that went with our pasta. they bring the pasta and the toast later. I told her we had to go and pay for the salad and coffee. after approx. 10 minutes waiting time the manager came by and composed our salat. wow. wouldn't be back. Don't go if you're hungry or anything else.
The service was great. My Big Dipper was DISGUSTING HORRIBLE!!! They used to have thinly sliced beef dip. Now they have gotten LAZY and stick thick chucks of CHEWY SINEWY LEATHER-LIKE WORST CUT beef between 2 buns and charge money to eat this disgusting meal!!! I would have sent it back, but with friends present, I did not want to make a scene. It is literally the WORST Beef Dip I have ever had. I will NEVER order it again. So disappointed... used to like their beef dips! The only saving grace was my son loved his meal. So.... that's why I didn't choose 1/5.

What is the point of refusing service to healthy humans who provide their negative test as per guidelines? It's hard enough as it is right now to keep people healthy, being abusive isn't helping anything. I hope management considers firing the person who clearly doesn't understand customer service or public health. The papered people could actually be sick, this family clearly wasn't. WTF.
