Brad Brown and the wonderful team at Oak Level Cafe are raising the bar for meat and three meals and buffets in our area. Even their short orders surpass any other, with delicious hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, and sweet tea available to go, not to mention their fantastic chicken salad on wheat, along with breakfast short orders and buffet options. And wow, they can prepare Grandma's Southern-style vegetables and entrees just as well as anyone else around. It's surprising they haven't begun offering evening service!

The potatoes were fantastic, but the mac and cheese was just average. It had that classic creamy texture, but I wish there had been just a touch of pepper to enhance the flavor. Everything else was perfect, though! I'm really glad I decided to stop by.

You might want to request your bacon to be cooked crispy. The service was excellent, and the biscuit was amazing.
