Contribute FeedbackUpon revisiting after four years, the experience at this restaurant greatly improved. The food was good, and the customer service was exceptional, with the waiter being highlighted as great. In contrast, previous visits described disorganized and unengaged staff and management, leading to delays in seating, service, and overall inefficient dining experiences. The cleanliness and COVID protocols were praised, with staff seen thoroughly cleaning tables and creating a safe environment for all patrons. The restaurant, which had disappointed in the past, now seemed to have redeemed itself and left a positive impression on diners.
The staff and management at this restaurant were lethargic, uninterested, and unengaged. Despite having made a reservation through Open Table, we were kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time to be seated, with the hostess claiming that such reservations did not matter. Even though the restaurant was only about one-third full, we experienced lengthy delays in receiving our food and drinks while the wait staff and bartender were preoccupied watching TV at the bar.
We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and COVID protocols at this restaurant! We personally witnessed the staff diligently cleaning tables between customers. The staff was friendly and ensured a safe dining experience for all.

Lazy, apathetic and out of intervention personal and management. the hostess said the hostess didn't count. the restaurant was approx. 1/3 full. waited for food and drinks while waiting staff and barkeeper saw tw at the bar.
