At this Texas favorite, Whataburger, recent visits reveal a troubling trend of inconsistent service and food quality. The service was a bit slow, but I understand that fast food jobs can be quite demanding, so it didn't bother me much. However, the fries were cold, and they also got the rest of my order wrong.
I went through the drive-thru at 11:58 AM and there were four cars ahead of me, which took a frustrating 21 minutes. I ordered the #7 Jr. Whataburger meal for $8.25, but my order was incorrect, I didn't receive any napkins, and I had to ask for ketchup. It's really disappointing to pay that much for an order and not have it come out right. As much as I enjoy Whataburger, this experience just wasn't worth it.
Stopped by this Whataburger location on 09/16/22 at 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, I had the worst burger I've ever tasted. It felt like I was served just a bottle of mustard on a cold, stale bun—completely inedible. I ended up throwing it away, wasting my hard-earned money. The employee behind the counter was very unpleasant and didn’t smile once. The Dr Pepper was nothing but carbonated water, and several customers were standing around with empty cups waiting for it. No one informed us about the change; I only found out from another customer. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location. It’s disappointing because Whataburger has always been my go-to.
