Patrick prepared the best wrap and the best overall dish I've ever ordered at this location. It was so delicious that I felt it deserved a review! This time I opted for a wrap, which people have struggled to keep neatly wrapped in the past, often resulting in a messy experience. However, this one was wrapped flawlessly, and the sauce portions were just right. Thank you, Patrick!
Our local Subway, the only one in our small town, has been on the receiving end of numerous 1-star reviews. As retired USAF Veterans, my wife and I decided to try their delivery service, but both of our orders were completely incorrect. With over 25 years of experience as a restaurant owner myself, I attempted to call the store to speak with the manager and offer some constructive feedback. Unfortunately, none of the employees answered the phone, despite my repeated attempts. When I contacted corporate, I was redirected to an online portal that seemed to be part of an external data collection system. I never heard back from Subway. It seems that this company is heading down the path of extinction, and we certainly won’t let them make us feel foolish again!
This is the worst Subway I've ever been to! There's rarely anyone available to take orders or assist customers. I've walked in several times and waited for up to 10 minutes without seeing anyone show up.
