T... read more The rating is based on the atmosphere. Let me say this first- the food was good. It is some REAL good BBQ. Had the brisket and pulled pork and it was spot on. The atmosphere was horrible. Came in to the waitresses making bead bracelets. So my familyinterrupted that. Then I saw one of the cooks vapid at the bar as he took his break. There was a ton of sitting around andservice was slow given the fact there was only my family and one other. My waitress was nice, although the socializing got inthe way of her job. My picture below depicts employees literally sitting around. Like I said, good food, just wasn't ranwell.

However, people were singing, and the music on the patio was playing simultaneously. It became over stimulating and difficult to hear a conversation.Service: 4/5

I sampled a... read more I'm always on the lookout for new BBQ spots, and Sideways truly impressed me. The meat was incredibly flavorful—richly smoky and perfectly seasoned. I sampled a sandwich featuring pulled pork, brisket, and sausage, all of which were outstanding. Their menu offers a fantastic variety, and I can't wait to return and share my experience with others. It's a rarity to see such kindness these days, and I genuinely appreciate their consideration for my furry friends. Thank you again, and I can’t wait to visit this restaurant again soon.
