He was exceptional throughout our visit—starting with the warm welcome he gave my girlfriend and continuing with the lovely interaction we had while he served us our pastries. His dedication to providing outstanding customer service was evident, and he successfully managed to upsell four pastries for the restaurant as well. As a former fast food manager, I truly believe he deserves a raise.
