O... read more The Fried Rice, however, was below average. It was alright, but I couldn't help but wonder if it was truly fried rice or just boiled rice with some seasoning. On the other hand, the Steamed White Rice was great—slightly chewy, reminiscent of sushi rice. The Chocolate Chip Cookies were average; the texture was fine, but the flavor was lacking. One issue that contributed to my decision to rate this place a star lower was the lack of signage indicating ‘Drive-Thru Only.’ I found this out the hard way. Additionally, the kids' meals were only a couple of dollars less than the adult meals, yet the portions were quite small during my visit. At least they included a cookie and a soft drink. I attempted to enter the restaurant to get someone's attention and had to walk back and forth before directly asking an employee who was packing food boxes where I should wait. She informed me that they were only servicing the drive-thru. I thanked her, but it was strange because I saw several people inside picking up food, which turned out to be for delivery services like Uber and DoorDash. When I finally stepped outside at 7 PM, the drive-thru line wrapped all the way around the restaurant to the street. So, I opted to order online, which took longer than I would have liked to set up. However, I received my food and was able to leave the parking lot within 10 minutes of ordering, which was a plus!

I really love this place alot but the service is so annoying somtimes. everytime i come through the drive through i order a Plate of just chow mein and they alw... read more I really love this place alot but the service is so annoying somtimes. everytime i come through the drive through i order a Plate of just chow mein and they always wanna talk back and try to get me to get a bowl instead if i wanted a bowl i would say i want a bowl when i order a plate of chow mein just say ok and move on with my order and because they want to debate with me over my order they almost always get my order wrong tonight i ordered my normal plate of chow mein the girl debates with me then i order a BIGGER plate with my items but she only gives me a regular plate because she was to busy arguing with me over the size of the chow mein i wanted she got my other order wrong and its consistent almost every time i go there and its getting frustrating at this point as an employee when i say i want a plate of chow mein just take the order say ok and move on i already know you have bowls of chow mein so if i want a bowl ill order a bowl take my order down the way i say it so you dont keep messing up the rest of my order thanks
