Mcdonald's - Rockwall

Fast, hot food, and friendly staff...(morning shift). I can't comment on the afternoon or evening shifts.

At 10:37 on 4/11, I advised my order was not correct at the window. The woman at the window at the drive thru demanded to see my bag like I was being dishonest. I am a paying customer and never should be treated like this.

I stopped to get something to eat, placed my order, left to wash my hands in the restroom and there was a huge roach on the hand dryer. I took a picture and alerted the staff and they apologized but never went to the restroom to remove the roach.!!

Great customer service, MADISON, is awesome at the window service area. She is so friendly and really tries to get me to use the app because I frequently visit this location since it's so convenient for me.It's employees like Madison that keep customers smiling.

Hispanic bald dude with tattoos was rushing me at the drive through when i was trying to pay for my meal and said “which ever phone comes first” very rushy gave me the customer a very rushy and rude experience overall someone please take action food was 10 out of 10 tho love you mcdonalds we will be coming back but not to him. thank you p.s have a good day.
