It is a pain to get in an out of with the traffic, but still worth it. Everything is always fresh. The employees are nice and proficient. The burgers taste good, I like the fries and their shakes are really good as well. The onlycomplaint I have is how loud it is from the metal seats and nothing to absorb sound, but it is worth it for a good burger.

When we arrived, we only received our drinks and nothing else. After some time, we had to approach the counter to inquire about our food, only to discover that it hadn't even been started. We wasted those 15 minutes thinking it was being prepared when it actually wasn't.

There were only about three people ahead of me in line, and while I understood there might be a wait, every person in front of me ended up leaving because it took so long to place their orders. I asked for help but was repeatedly ignored. I decided to get a water and sit down to see how long it would take for anyone’s order to be taken. It’s been about 15 minutes, and no one has come to the counter yet. The woman who seemed to be the shift lead was quite unfriendly and kept telling other employees who tried to assist to stay at their stations. I get that she was trying to manage the situation given her role, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. I’m very upset with the attitude and the way I was treated today.

We ordered two burgers and fries, but it took about 8-10 minutes because a new employee was training with a more experienced one. When we reached the checkout, we were told the card readers were down and we had to pay with cash. Without any cash on us, we had to rush to an ATM. When we returned, our orders hadn’t even been started, so we had to reorder. Then, we waited another 15 minutes for the food, and it only arrived after the manager came out and pushed the staff to work, as they were spending more time chatting than cooking. Overall, I do not recommend this place due to slow service and disorganized employees.

My fiancé went with the junior bacon cheeseburger, while I chose the larger one topped with grilled onions, jalapeños, and an array of toppings. We also shared a large serving of Cajun fries. Everything was incredibly tasty! The service was prompt and friendly, making it a great place for a fast and satisfying meal.
