When I text this person, named Rebecca, to inquire about the... read more The delivery driver had not delivered my items after over 2 hours, and I live only 15 minutes away. When I text this person, named Rebecca, to inquire about the order, she initially acted like she did not know what I was talking about. Then she said that Dunkin’ donuts has messed up my order. I then text her a copy of my order. 5 minutes later my order was cancelled. I had saw on the map that her car was at Dunkin’ Donut at least an hour before I contacted her. I believe she was dishonest and somehow missed the order, and by the time I contacted her, the store was closed. She should have just been honest, but since she didn’t, she should be held accountable.

No matter what day or hour I come by, service is always amazing, everyone is so friendly and nice and my order is always right! Love this location and the workers so much!
