Finally asked for the m... read more Ordered on the evening of 9/14/22. Arrived and was told my order would be right out. Over the next 25 minutes this was repeated 3 times. Finally asked for the manager and she came out to help and seemed quiet helpful. She went to a bag that had beensitting there at least 15 minutes and brought it over. It was my order! I said ma?am that has been sitting there at least 15minutes. She went back to her office and returned with $70 worth of coupons and said your next visit is on us. I got home and ofcourse the food was cold and I looked at the coupons and all had expired 45 days earlier. Priceless

Other than a bit of wide e... read more So this is my second visit, but first time at this location. So service: WOW. We showed up about an hour before close with 21 people. Other than a bit of wide eyes, they got us set up in a side room and Jocelyn (sp? was the superhero of the night. Shetook drink and appetizer orders, then dinner orders like a champ. She wasn't ever flustered or frustrated. She handled our largegroup with a tremendous amount of grace. The food was fantastic, and a great time was enjoyed by all. I took pictures of ourappetizer (fried pickles , but totally forgot to take pictures of the rest. ???????The pickles were amazing, as was my pattymelt. Hubs got the chicken fried steak, which was superb as well. We are grateful for how well we were treated here, and thefood was definitely delicious. This location gets 5 stars, but only because that's the most I'm allowed to give. Definitelystop by... and if you're lucky, Jocelyn just might be your server. ????????
