I have been to this Circle K numero... read more This gas station is always open 24 hours for fuel and snacks. It is clean, well-stocked, and has public restrooms available. I have been to this Circle K numerous times, day and night, and the staff have always been polite, attentive, and helpful. This is a big plus for me. They are great here. They have a policy where employees must ask for ID every time for cigarette purchases, regardless of age, which I don't mind. This rule was implemented in Maine to prevent underage sales. It actually made me feel youthful to be carded again. Overall, it's a fantastic place. Please note that as of 9/5/23, they are remodeling the gas station. While it is still open 24/7, the snack and drink options may be limited until the construction is completed in October. Nonetheless, they still offer cigarettes, candy, sodas, and other items.

I went to the register to pay for hot dogs and gloves for myself and my husband, who also wanted to buy cigarettes. The cashier insisted that I go back to my car to get my ID, even though my husband had his. I was frustrated by this experience and will make sure to pay for my own hot dog next time. If the restaurant is going to ID both customers, they should put up a sign indicating this policy. I have never encountered this at any other convenience store. If one store has this rule, all stores should have the same guidelines. It was especially frustrating because I am not even the smoker. Very rude experience.
