Located on the bustling Route 1, this 24-hour gas station and convenience store is a popular stop for snacks and essentials, featuring a well-stocked Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee lovers. While most staff are friendly and the establishment boasts clean facilities, a few patrons have reported inconsistent customer interactions. Some expressed frustration over stringent ID policies for cigarette purchases, while others appreciated the youthful feeling of being carded. Overall, despite minor parking challenges and ongoing renovations, the establishment remains a go-to for reasonable prices, delicious grab-and-go items, and a generally pleasant experience.

This gas station is always open 24 hours for fuel and snacks. It is clean, well-stocked, and has public restrooms available. I have been to this Circle K numerous times, day and night, and the staff have always been polite, attentive, and helpful. This is a big plus for me. They are great here. They have a policy where employees must ask for ID every time for cigarette purchases, regardless of age, which I don't mind. This rule was implemented in Maine to prevent underage sales. It actually made me feel youthful to be carded again. Overall, it's a fantastic place. Please note that as of 9/5/23, they are remodeling the gas station. While it is still open 24/7, the snack and drink options may be limited until the construction is completed in October. Nonetheless, they still offer cigarettes, candy, sodas, and other items.
Expensive gas, bathroom out of order.
I went to this restaurant for some Dunkin, and it was delicious. I went to the register to pay for hot dogs and gloves for myself and my husband, who also wanted to buy cigarettes. The cashier insisted that I go back to my car to get my ID, even though my husband had his. I was frustrated by this experience and will make sure to pay for my own hot dog next time. If the restaurant is going to ID both customers, they should put up a sign indicating this policy. I have never encountered this at any other convenience store. If one store has this rule, all stores should have the same guidelines. It was especially frustrating because I am not even the smoker. Very rude experience.
Today, the man working behind the counter at the restaurant complained about my presence and the rush of customers that came in after 5 pm. He seemed to be trying to discourage me from shopping at the store.
One time I called these guys asking when they closed. Their response was Never. Ever since then, I knew I would love this place. The food is actually pretty great and the prices aren 't too bad. The gas is a little higher than normal but that is okay. It is a pretty clean place as well. Easy in and out.
