While it didn’t have the pest issues of another nearby location, the customer service here was disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We waited 10 minutes at the ordering menu, and when we finally tried to order, the employee’s attitude was unpleasant. It became so frustrating that we decided to leave, especially with my hungry 2-year-old son. We ended up driving down the road to find a different place to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s; it’s just not a good experience.

I reached out to corporate, who promised that the franchise staff would contact me within a few days, but I never heard back. This lack of response shows they don't value their customers. This experience has completely turned me away from Wendy's and its menu.

When I got home, I found that one of the chicken biscuits was actually a sausage and cheese biscuit, and the Classic sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was served on a hamburger bun instead of the proper roll. It was disappointing.

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the greeting felt more like I was in a nightclub in Atlanta than a restaurant! There was a complete lack of customer service. It’s crucial to leave personal problems behind; customers seek good food and pleasant service, not a negative attitude. After receiving a rude response over the intercom, I lost my appetite and decided to leave without ordering. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

Although we occasionally stop by this location for a quick meal, our experience today was extremely disappointing. The woman who took our order was quite rude and had difficulty processing a simple request for six four-piece nuggets. Her attitude was among the worst I've encountered in some time. With this location already holding a three-star rating, it's evident that their customer service needs considerable improvement. For your own sake, please steer clear of this Wendy's. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had—truly terrible. Please don't go there.
