Doordash Dont! 20 minute wait for order to be cancelled because they were out of something again. They only had two people working and completely ignored the lobby where they had people literally walking out and returning multiple times with incorrect food. Getting worse and worse each time I go. Will have to reject orders from here next time if it actually costs me to lose money because of their poor management.
I was the first customer in line to order, but it took over 20 minutes to receive 3 tacos supremes. They initially gave me plain tacos, but an older lady quickly corrected the order and even gave me some extra food, which was nice. Meanwhile, the manager or owner was arguing loudly with an employee about workplace drama right in the lobby, which was unprofessional and should have been handled privately.
I've been to this KFC three times, and I won’t be going back. On my first visit, just an hour and a half before closing, they ran out of extra crispy chicken and refused to make more because the fryers were off—it felt lazy. The second time, they told me they no longer serve extra crispy chicken. Fine, I ordered the crispy strips instead, but they were at least two hours old and breaded with the original recipe flour. On my third visit, I arrived by bike only to find the lobby closed due to staffing issues, while I saw four employees just hanging out at the drive-thru window. Cleaning tables and keeping the lobby tidy isn’t that difficult! I worked at KFC as a cook in high school, and sometimes just three of us managed the whole restaurant. I’m sure I could do a better job than those employees now. Colonel Sanders would be disappointed.
