Was Paul Roseberry at Exotic Que a mag?
Always great, I used to frequent the food truck when he was in Acworth. I thought I left a review previously. Thrilled he opened here. Amazing brisket- always my go to. We did family take out this time and as always it was perfect! What Iam Kraze dislikes about Exotic Que:
It was my first time eating here, and I'm currently disappointed and still in need of substance. The greens were very oily (tossed them), the brisket lacked sauce and was extremely dry without it (drizzled lightly over the meat on top other portions had none), the peach cobbler at $5 for such a kid portion was the worst I have ever had. I attended a private party where the food was catered from this restaurant, and I have to say, it was incredible! The chicken was absolutely amazing, and the brisket left me speechless. I can't wait to drive to Rockmart just for the barbecue. I loved every bite!

Fantastic BBQ spot located right by the Silver Comet bike trail! My top pick is the brisket. Be sure to sample the appetizers as well. Just note that their hours and days of operation are somewhat limited.

The customer service was extremely disappointing; the person taking our order seemed irritated to be assisting us. The food was passable, with portion sizes similar to those at other BBQ places, but overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
