There is a reason that Chick-Fil-A is always packed. Service, service, service. It is amazing to me that they other fast food chains have yet to figure this out. I travel for work and Chick-Fil-A is a standard that literally no one has even attempted to copy. They all tend to copy the model of McDonald 's Taco Bell, with their banking on Customer No Service model. You would think they would get it, but apparently not... View all feedback.

Not sure what is going on at this location but the last few months the service is extremely slow. Inside and drive through. They are saying they are short of help. I’ve never seen Zach Thomas at this location. He should be paying closer attention and maybe pitch in to help. Another great Chic Fil A location!Friendly staff. Fast service, despite lots of people being there for lunch
Food good as always but getting inside is terrible. You have to walk thru the drive thru line between cars. Poor design on this location.
Stopped in on the way to Centre Alabama. It was a great experience. In and out quickly food was hot and fresh and service was exactly what we expected from Chic fil
Order always accurate, service is fast, and crew extremely courteous.
