They consistently get my order w... read more I had a disappointing experience at this Bojangles. There was hair on the front counter, and the cream containers were unclean. They consistently get my order wrong, whether I'm dining in or using the drive-thru. Because of this, I haven't been to this location in two years. Additionally, the gravy is always cold.

I waited roughly 10 minutes to place my order, and then it took another 15 minutes to pay. After that, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my food, only to find out they had misread the screen and my order wasn’t even ready. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I don’t think I'll be coming back! All I ordered was a biscuit, a chicken sandwich, and four chicken strips, yet I still ended up going elsewhere to get my meal.

The meal gave me terrible indigestion—I even felt like I might have a heart attack. When I called to report the issue, the staff showed no real concern and just said they’d “check it out,” which was frustrating. The dirty rice was extremely greasy, and the chicken was so bad that I ended up throwing up before finishing the box. It was a bad day for Bojangles and for me. They really need to improve the quality of their chicken and menu items. This visit on August 23rd at 1 PM was definitely not up to par.

I’m convinced this might be the slowest Bojangles in the entire country, and it’s right here in my hometown.

I stopped by the drive-thru because the dining room was closed. The line was pretty long and moved slowly, which was understandable during the busy lunch rush. The spicy chicken sandwich and fries arrived hot and fresh, and the Bo Berry biscuits were simply fantastic!
