While other businesses were already open, this one still had its doors closed.

The staff... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant during the day. I drove through an empty drive-thru and immediately realized why it was so quiet. The staff member at the window handed me a large drink but forgot the straw, then closed the window while I waited for the rest of my order. It seemed like she assumed I would just take my drink and leave without it. Not a chance! When I took a sip, I nearly choked! I tapped on the drive-thru window to get her attention, and she asked, "Is it gross?" as if she wasn’t already aware. With rising prices, I think it's only fair for Bojangles to ensure that their food and drinks are fresh. The fries I received were a mix of both fresh and stale. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My first visit was fantastic; I tried the Bo Berry biscuit from the menu and it exceeded my expectations in taste, with everything I ordered being perfect. Unfortunately, my second visit was less satisfying. The staff member who handed me my food seemed exhausted and wasn’t very attentive while taking my order. I didn’t realize until later that I was charged for ranch dressing that I never received, and I had asked for green beans but was given regular beans instead. I also wanted to order another Bo Berry biscuit, but they were sold out, which I understood given the late hour. I recommend reviewing your order carefully before you leave and keeping your receipt when visiting Bojangles’.

However, the fountain drink... read more I visit Bojangles' often because I love the food, and I've never had a bad meal at this location. The place is usually fairly clean. However, the fountain drinks are often out of syrup or have broken nozzles, and today the iced tea was empty. I was the only customer ordering three meals, yet it took the employee over five minutes to plate them. She was distracted, talking on the phone about a Friday night game, seemingly unconcerned with the pace expected at a fast-food restaurant. I felt embarrassed watching her move so slowly. The drive-thru cashier also appeared uncomfortable but didn’t offer to help. While we ate, a group of six men came in behind us, and we all watched in disbelief at how deliberately slow she was. It would take her over a minute just to turn around and grab a biscuit with tongs—she’d pause, walk, pause again, listen to her call, shuffle the biscuits, and only after about 30 seconds would she pick one up, placing it repeatedly on different spots on the plate for no clear reason. It was truly embarrassing for the restaurant.
