I should have, but I never expected... read more I got severe food poisoning from this place. I've never been so sick from food poisoning that I almost went to the hospital. I should have, but I never expected it to be that bad. Whatever bug it was, it was BAD. They're pushing serious violations andjust haven't been caught yet. For your own safety, just stay away.

When we... read more The food as alwayssss was delicious. We proceeded to make our way through the Drive-thru line, along with many customers waiting and leaving behind us. When we went to order, we were told by the associate, he 'd be with us in a minute. Well, we waitedapprox 15 minutes and said, HELLOOOO, CAN SOMEONE HELP US PLEASE????!!!! WE 'VE BEEN SITTING HERE WAITING FOR 10-15 MINS NOW! .The associate 's response was, Sorry, we 're too busy to take your order! . I responded by saying, I 'm sorry, but we 've beensitting here for a long time waiting patiently and we would like to order some food!! . So, they quickly took our order. Wewould 've left, although had a car in front of us and many vehicles behind us, some of which, did leave. When arriving at thewindow to receive our order, they had no condiments or any other necessary items d/t no truck delivery. That, I can understandwas not their fault. I will also add, the associates supplying us with our order, were trying to be polite while we were at thewindow. However, waiting that length of time to place an order at a Drive thru, being COMPLETELY ignored and overlooked, beingtold we 're too busy to take your order by an associate (WHAT???!!! , and then, having no supplies???!!!....was extremelyunacceptable, unprofessional and the worst customer service skills, I have ever experienced in my life! As long as it took, youwould 've thought they were chasing and catching their own chickens, especially with the inflation. Lol

None of my family members have grey hair. 3 Stars because the food was good but that drink ruined alot.

They shorted me on gravy and biscuits, shorted the order of the lady in front of me, I asked and paid for a bucket of extra crispy and got the most awful bucket regular chicken I think I?veever had. The Mac and cheese was so mushy the kids wouldn?t eat it and the chicken was way over cooked. Take my advice and goelsewhere.

We waited 40 minutes for our chicken 20 of those minutes waiting before they told us they had no wings or breasts would I like legs and thighs for 40.00. so spent another 20 mins waiting for our breastsand wings. Insane! But Tiffany you rocked trying to take care of your customers. I will not go back here again.
