I like this place and the food is good. BUT could use improvement. Ate the quarters and fries 2x in a row. Had to see 1 time in the passage and wait for the barbecue. Day they forget my ketchup and gad Togo inside.no ketchup w fries? ..that 's unamerican second noon day the pommes were taken out of the garbage and served me...alt devastated and cold. Seems as much as you pay for Fries today you should get at least fresh. Bright stain was window 1 where I ordered. Girl was kindly patient and real. Never made a mistake and kept their rest during the lunch break. Mgmnt...give her a wage increase and rent more barbecue help. The McDonald's app was used both times and is a great app. Save money and the code info is well accepted in the window.works great.
I visit McDonald's in Rockledge on US1 near Barton Blvd every weekday morning for my routine of a chicken biscuit and sometimes a sweet tea before work. The cookies are always soft, the chicken is hot, and the service is friendly and fast.
I went to this restaurant for dinner on a Thursday evening at 7 o'clock. It wasn't too crowded. I ordered at the kiosk, scanned my number tent, and my food was brought to me in less than 10 minutes. The food was delicious and the fries were hot. Great job!
I visited this restaurant in February and ordered a Double Quarter Pounder meal, but I was mistakenly given a single Quarter Pounder. After submitting an online complaint form, I received a call from Kimberly, the manager, who invited me to come in for a complimentary meal. Today, I came in for breakfast and Kimberly provided me with a free breakfast meal. I appreciate the effort to rectify the mistake and ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for making things right!
