We did... read more For the second consecutive visit, the shake machine was out of order. Isn’t that the whole point of going to Arby's—roast beef sandwiches and milkshakes? We did enjoy our roast beef sandwiches, but we ended up having to go to McDonald's for milkshakes, which turned out to be completely unfrozen. It was inconvenient, and it ended up costing more since it wasn’t part of a meal. Next time, I'll call ahead to Arby's, and if the shake machine is down again, I think I’ll head to Steak 'n Shake or Chick-fil-A instead, since they're closer. We do enjoy the roast beef sandwiches from time to time, and of course, the shakes when they’re available.

When I finally reached the counter, I was told that an order had been forgotten and left behind. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed the orange cream shake!

I requested extra condiments for my order of four sandwiches and two large fries but didn’t get enough for each sandwich, let alone any extras for the fries. My Beef Cheddar looked like it had been involved in a food fight and hastily put back into the wrapper. The fry portions were also disappointing, with both packs only half full. In total, I spent almost $30, which feels pretty ridiculous given the quality.
