I've never been to Arby's before and given that it's a fast food restaurant my expectations were low. But these guys have some seriously good sandwiches and the curly fries is phenomenal. Everyone was nice and the place was clean. View all feedback.
What Mckenzie Hermann doesn't like about Arby's:
Make sure not to order any drinks, as they don’t use a water filter. Consequently, all the well drinks and teas taste unpleasant. There was a young couple managing the drive-thru window, and her flirting was quite distracting and hindered efficiency. I had to ask three times for napkins and ketchup. View all feedback.
Pretty good fast food option. Took off one star because they were advertising shakes and didn't have any. Meal was good, people were great.
Food was fine . That's about it . Mr owner you don't get it .the food was ok but the service could be dangerous. The person taking my order didn't know what I ordered . She said when I ordered a Reuben with double meat .....so you want extra roast beef .Then she tells me she doesn't know what a Reuben is .That's not her fault. It's yours .
Ordered online. Order was on time. Smokehouse brisket was good but fries were a bit underdone. Took advantage of a good offer so the price was definitely good.
BEWARE Worst Managed Place Ever! Worst customer service. Placed a mobile order and they said they didn’t get it. We paid of course but they wouldn’t give us the food on our confirmation. Said we had to wait up to 30 mins for it to come in. 30 mins gone by still didn’t come in. We were asked to go park for a little longer and come back around. We went back around to the speaker 10 mins before closing and they put the automatic closed recording on and we pulled up to the window and they hid in the back of the store. That younger girl manager won’t be working there much longer. That place has been through many managers through the last year or two. Always the same type of service. Will never go back again to that store or possibly Arbys period. I filed to have my mobile order refunded through the phone customer service. We will see if it actually refunds. Almost a $30 order.
Shift leader jay pushed the Cashier out of the way so she can make her own menu to go In cash out and go home 4 people in line I boys are going line I've always already waiting 20 minutes prior 20 minutes prior to this then she started to argue with the man taking our orders saying she wasn't done pushing out of the way again. You don't do this in front of customers and the managers don't seem to care.
