The sushi was incredibly fresh, satisfying, diverse, and flavorful. It is clear that the chefs put a lot of care into their work. The quality of their sushi is far superior to what you would find at typical all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in Ottawa, even the more upscale ones, as well as grocery store sushi. I have also tried their large sushi platters in the past, and those were also exceptional.
