The fish is cut directly onto a cutting board (we only saw the board) brought back from the market! The prices are extremely affordable for the quality! (Whether it's the bento box with sashimi and sushi gyoza or yakitori skewers at €15-17, the Peking duck at €18, or the stir-fried pork at €15-16) We had a fantastic meal for our money, and it was very filling! Moreover, the appetizers on the menu are truly delicious, the miso soup is high-quality and full of flavor, the salad is refreshing... You can go without hesitation, it's top-notch!
