Out of the blue we decided to visit again 3 weeks... read more We used to go regularly to The Baum but fell out of love with it after a couple of very disappointing visits. Out of the blue we decided to visit again 3 weeks ago. So far we have been back 4 times! Superb staff. A great selection of beers and ales. A proper good old fashioned pub ambiance as well. Best of all though is the food. Wow! Simple dishes taken to another level. Thanks to all those involved at The Baum. The people behind the bar who greet you with a smile. The excellent, talkative and cheery staff who wait on you when eating there. And of course those behind the scenes in the kitchen. Your food is amazing. For me, it’s the best pub in Rochdale!
