Indisposable and unprepared staff, endless and unthinkable waiting times (2 and a half hours to eat fries and sandwiches) since there are 10 tables on the cross, we do not talk about the misunderstandings that have been... The sandwich I don't know how but it was poor and I was amazed and not for the fries that we're leaving. Also imagine to stay in a inhabited area in the middle of Rocca for almost 3 hours without wifi, practically a bunker on a floor. Almost excellent alternative not to eat the Mc Donald trash sandwich (to be brought home).
