Was User at Whataburger a mag?
I have passed many other burgers, and I told my brothers that they will meet me at this Whataburger and nothing less. Lol whataburger for life causing it is life. Quiet! View all feedback.

What punisher R dislikes about Whataburger:
They left out my bacon from my breakfast burger made by Manager Camacho.. Camacho was also being rude to a Whataburger employee in front of customers.. Unprofessional. View all feedback.

When I ordered my meal, I had made my little angels scream in ambush, so there was a wrong communication between us. When we got into the window, she fixed it without any problems. It was very nice and friendly. Missy Gomez was her name.

It is new and in a great location! I love my Whataburger!

My favorite place to get a hamburger. A very clean environment to dine in and also have drive thru and take out.

Having worked in fast food for four years, including two years at Whataburger, I know the standard procedure is to greet customers as soon as they arrive. A simple, “Hi, welcome to Whataburger! I’m sorry for the wait; I’ll be with you in a moment,” would have sufficed and prevented my frustration. Instead, I was told the same line by two different employees, two minutes apart. Eventually, a woman took my order, but after waiting five minutes just to place it, I was asked to pull up after I finished. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I hadn’t been charged for my hash brown. When the employee brought my food out, I mentioned this, hoping to order the hash brown then. Instead of assisting me, she implied it was my fault for pulling up too quickly, even though I placed my order one item at a time. She went inside to retrieve the hash brown. While waiting, I double-checked my bag, knowing that this particular Whataburger has a history of missing items. Sure enough, one of my drinks was missing. I informed her about it, and she took my receipt and went back inside. Before she even reached my window, she told me to have a nice day while handing me my food. I also didn’t receive the pickles I had requested with my order. I could understand if it had been busy, but there were only three cars in line, and not many people inside. The employee mentioned they had a phone complaint, but I don’t believe that should halt service. I was required to manage phone calls while handling customers when I worked at another location. This kind of service was not tolerated at Whataburger, so I don’t understand how these issues can happen. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been my first experience like this, and I am very disappointed.
