Whataburger - Roanoke

Not quite sure, but they changed a guard here. The last orders we have set were correct on the 1st run, the staff seems more committed and attentive, and things seemed to be just better order. I hope this is a continuing trend as they struggle for a while to maintain our trust and business.

I was so glad to visit Texas where I can get a Mushroom Swisw Whataburger!!! I so have missed these burger cause we live in Utah and don't have one there!!! This one was good cause they did load the mushrooms if you ask for them!!! Staff is friendly and with the way the food market is these days this staff was nice and great through drive-thru!!!

Stopped in for breakfast, not from this area. Very clean restaurant, staff was super friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Excellent customer service. As I was walking up an employee was entering the building ahead of me. He was fast enough ahead where you wouldn't expect him to hold the door open for me but he did. The cashier was awesome and friendly and we had our fooddelivered to our table with a condiment tray. I had to look around and make sure I was in a day food burger place. Staff wasawesome, and of course the burgers were good too. This location is run the right way.

Just wanted to express how proud I am of the young man Mr. Ernest. So respectful. Handed me my food with the most heart felt smile. The time I needed a smile the most, He was there at the ready. Thank you young man. (And no i ve never met Him before????
