Even though he was moving quickly and I didn’t expect him to stop, he held the door open for me. The cashier was friendly and welcoming, and our food was delivered directly to our table along with a tray of condiments. I had to double-check to make sure I was at a typical burger joint because everything felt so well taken care of. The staff were fantastic, and naturally, the burgers were delicious. This location is definitely managed the right way.

I went through the drive-thru to order a sausage breakfast sandwich, but when I arrived at my office, I discovered there was no sausage in my sandwich. It wasn't a major issue, but the following day, I returned to the drive-thru to politely let them know about the oversight. The store manager dismissed my concern with a "Well, that's weird" and handed me my new order without offering to replace the sausage that was missing the previous day. Although it wasn't a big deal, she did mention that my new order included sausage, and I said I'd check it. Out of the blue, she then told me to leave her drive-thru or she would call the police. I asked her to please not be rude and to allow me to check my order before I drove away. Instead, she went ahead and called the police. I ended up driving off in frustration, and I will not be returning to this location. I enjoy Whataburger, but I will not spend any more money at the Roanoke branch.

On Halloween, this place was quite busy; the drive-thru was packed, and the dining area was always filled with customers. Even amidst the hustle and bustle, the staff remained exceptionally friendly. Joshua, whose name appears on my receipt, was especially impressive. He delivered my food to my table and was courteous throughout the entire experience. My meal was hot and fresh, which is always a bonus. This has officially become my favorite location. Thank you, Roanoke WB, for a wonderful experience, delicious food, and a much-needed moment of relaxation after an evening of trick-or-treating with the kids. It was just the comfort food I needed!
