The Pine Room At The Roanoke

Dined here 9/8/2022. This historic hotel was beautiful to start, I felt like I wouldn't be impressed while talking over and I was greatly mistaken. Loved every bit of it! Very upscale and divine building. The food here was so savory and fresh! VA has pride in farm fresh food, I am spoiled now lol. Fries were delectable and seasoned to perfection and burger was juicy and tastyyyyy. I don't eat bacon a lot but that added to it too. Service fantastic too, Must stop here if

Great place inside the Hotel Roanoke. We ate inside. There are also place to eat outside. Menu is limited but the food was excellent. I had the bone in ribeye. It was cooked to perfection.

Cauliflower was the biggest surprise. Excellent suggestion by our friendly waiter. My rigatoni was very good. Pimento cheese fries were good. I didn't sample the other plates but supposedly they were good. Star of the night was the cauliflower. It reminded me of General Tso's chicken in flavor and texture. Delicious food, friendly staff. It was great that they were open 9 pm on Thanksgiving, not many places were.

Thank you for the surprise of my birthday. My husband and I had a great servant (Penny). She was so friendly and caring. I have allergy to spices. Unfortunately, they do not have any sauce without spices for the steak. Besides, the kitchen was so load and noisy. But in general, we enjoyed our night. Merci!
