Taco Bell - Roanoke

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option because that's how bad the place is , the last 3 times ive tried to eat there the only thing worse than the food is the service and the rotten attitude of the staff . I love taco bell and if you do then stay Away from this one. Google needs to make zero stars an option because that's what they deserve.

Breakfast is NOT until 11. Their excuse when they don 't want to serve it until 11 is We ran out of supplies (scripted line) Be prepared, you 'll NEVER get breakfast until 11 at a taco bell in Roanoke. IDK why I even bother with fast food anymore. It 's never good service and never fast...

By far one of the worst places iv ever had the misfortune to have to go to, Fully staffed, and yet still takes 35 minutes to complete a one item order. I deliver food and each and every time there is always terrible service, there's 3 customers inside already serverd and 1 car in the drive thru,there is nothing fast about this fast food facility, if you want taco bell I'd suggest go out of your way to get it from any other place and youll still get your food before this place will have it ready despite being busy or not.

I'm partial to the Value Menu, the Fiesta Veggie Burrito and the Chipotle Grilled Chicken Burrito. My other option is the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme. They are very consistent and very satisfying. I will only use their Hot Sauce for my taste. The staff are always friendly and helpful with the occasional special request.

Have not eaten at this location in months as the dining room is always closed. I do not even attempt to anymore. When I pass by going to another store over the months its still closed every time. Yea I understand staffing issues but other locations manage to have help usually buy not all the time. Taco Bell is NOT food to eaten in a vehicle way too messy. Get new management that can staff it or at attempt to staff it properly or just close it down! No great food anyway just a guilty pleasure once and awhile.
