However, the spea... read more The parking lot can be somewhat challenging due to its size and location. The service was quick since they weren't very busy during our visit. However, the speaker volume for the menu announcements was quite loud, which startled me and made it a bit hard to follow the conversation. I highly recommend trying the batter shakes, but I suggest starting with a smaller size for your first order! The pretzel twists are sweet and enjoyable.

They cuss you out wh... read more The staff here happen to be super rude. They tell customers they can go somewhere else that they won’t serve them if they have a big order. They cuss you out when you get defensive over being cut off when ordering. It’s gone down hill and the employees need better manners. I understand fast food can be overwhelming but being flat out rude is ridiculous if you don’t have customer service then get out of the food industry.

Had to drive back on my lunch break to get bacon 2 different occasions and the sandwich comes with bacon on it. I workedat a Sonic as my first job and I know how everything works in there and this is unacceptable service and quality.

She is very polite she reads my order back to me and makes sure I'm taken care of. I always give her atip she is very hard working she should get a raise she is always smiling. I definitely will be coming back. The food is alwaysgood and the fries were hot and the burger was delicious. To the lady who took my order was very polite as well and
