The entire staff today was incredibly friendly, especially the bartender, TJ, who was fantastic! I was in and out with a delicious meal in under 30 minutes. I can't wait to return, hoping to try that banana pudding I've heard so much about. Thank you again! View all feedback.

I've had great service there, good food, all the way around. Today at my dinner, service was useless and took the table I took the stools off and set up myself after I asked him about sitting there. Paid $3.50 for a beer I never drank, just to get out. Disappointed. Even worse is management. I'm dealing with a an autistic person and management thought I knew that and gave me a hard time. Come on... They're right... I... View all feedback.
On the positive side regarding the bill, when my child couldn’t eat their dish, the staff offered to replace it. When we opted not to get a replacement (they decided to share their sister's fries instead), the restaurant kindly removed the item from our bill without us needing to ask.
Excellent service! I was there to pick up my food. To the woman who was a customer and didn't want to wait her turn: it's part of life—sometimes you just have to wait. And to the lady behind the counter: you managed the situation with grace.
Cozy little spot. Excellent service. The food came out quickly and was served hot. I visited for brunch in the morning. I'm not sure I would bring the kids later in the day.
As I stepped inside, I noticed the warm and cozy atmosphere, which made it feel inviting and relaxed, almost like a bar. I could definitely envision enjoying breakfast here. Since I primarily came for coffee, I placed my order with the woman behind the counter. She mentioned that she loved the smell of coffee but didn’t actually drink it herself. I could relate to that sentiment; I enjoy the aroma too, even though I don’t consume it. The coffee itself was excellent – hot and quite different from what I usually have. I also noticed some mentions of catfish on the menu, which piqued my interest. The next time I find myself in Roanoke, this will definitely be my first stop for a meal!
The menu offers a wide variety of options, ranging from hotdogs to steak and seafood platters, as well as everything in between. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a drink, play pool, dance, or have a girls' night out. There’s a DJ playing on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7 PM until close. The customers are wonderful, and the staff treats them like family. Although it can get a bit busy at times, the staff always goes the extra mile to ensure that everyone has a special experience. Whether you prefer steak or vegan options, Shenandoah has plenty to offer!
