Pizza Hut - Roanoke

I received the completely wrong order. I called my local Pizza Hut and no one would even answer the phone. After three tries I left a voicemail saying I would either like a refund or for them to bring out the correct order. I never received phone call back not even after two days. I will dispute with my credit card company.

I placed my usual order with the contactless curbside option, to be picked up at 10 p.m. Upon arrival, I texted HUT and got a text back asking my name and color/make of car. I responded with my info. After waiting 5 minutes for them to bring my order out to me, I called the store. I could see the manager at the front counter, ignoring the ringing phone. I had added an 18% tip to my payment since I was asking for my order to be brought out to my car; I won 't do that again! This late in the evening, they were not very busy so there was no reason they couldn 't answer the phone or bring my order out. I went inside and got my food. The pizza was good. Service was terrible.

The food was delicious. Love the variety of products you can get.

Good pizza,staff is ok depending on who waits on you.

Pizza hut is a classic staple for pizza. I mainly love the Deep Dish.
