Today our waiter wanted. he was polite,... read more Very pleasant. we visited o’charley’s several times. everyone visited was good. I've never experienced a better waiter. Today our waiter wanted. he was polite, professional and attentive. eating is fast, hot (if it should be) and serving are generous. the prices are also fair. I am an ice tea snob and o’charley has big tee! it tastes freshly brewed in contrast to the instant type. I had the French diving sandwich with fries. both were very good. the manager has confirmed us at each individual visit as they visit every customer. I'm just sorry I don't have the name of the manager. she is the reason why her waiting staff is so brilliant! we will continue to visit this restaurant.

I enjoy the rolling and don't have to fill them while waiting for the meal to arrive. the louisiana sirloin is the one to go away if they like tasteful flavor. it comes on the way with a draw of the cajun butter cooked on the head. I always spend and extra cents and get a second scoup of butter. they can add this butter to any meal or steak for cent if they wanted to cut a smaller steak or another. beautiful bar and choice. I like that they have a trio deal where they have a soup/salad and dessert for the suppe or cake alone is such a deal.
