read moreTacos Rojas, nestled within a market building, offers a vibrant immersion in authentic Mexican cuisine, celebrated for its flavorful tacos and generous portions. Diners praise the diverse menu, including standout dishes like the diablo and veggie burritos, which are as massive as they are delicious. While the prices spark some debate, many agree the quality is remarkable. The atmosphere is casual, with a no-frills vibe that contrasts with the pride in food presentation. Despite minor service delays, the friendly staff complement the tasty experience. Tacos Rojas is a must-visit for anyone seeking genuine Mexican flavors in Roanoke.
