Mcalister's Deli - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
I love McAlister?s Deli and normally dine at waynesboro,va location. I happened to be in Roanoke traveling for work and decided to order some dinner. No mistake. The quality of meal here was sub par. This was the first time that I have actually dined in here although they've catered us at work plenty of times. The food is great. Always fresh and always a lot! Dined in this time. You have the option of ordering at the counter or ordering by app at your table and someone will bring it to you. It's tucked away in a small shopping strip mall. Good parking. Nice and quiet area.
