A recent visit to a restaurant with a mix of Italian and Latin American cuisine provided a variety of experiences. Theres nothing weve ever had from Leonore that isnt amazing. Our favorites are the bacon flatbread for me, and Fayths pesto pasta for my mom. You wont regret anything you order here, and Matthew is an enormous sweetheart
The arepas were excellent as usual. the meat in the asada arepa is SO tender and flavorful, and the masa is crisp but tender. highly recommend.
Good flavor. about 1/3 of the chicken was fatty though. portion size perfect. packaged well. also pasta dishes apparently dont come with garlic bread. one would assume so because there is an option to choose "extra" garlic bread and pasta is pictured with it. should read do you want bread ?
I’m gluten sensitive and I was visiting family 42 minutes away in Rocky Mount and this lovely gem popped up on the list of gluten free foods. I want to thank the bartender, she helped me navigate the menu and assured me that the ladies in the kitchen take precautions when it comes to food allergies. Leonore's has to be a hidden treasure in Roanoke. We went late but, man, was it worth it! First, thanks to our beautiful and fantastic server Audrey. She helped us with the dishes on the menu and made some fantastic suggestions. We started out with the grilled chicken wings. These are full wings, not sections, and prepared perfectly a great blend of seasonings. We could have eaten them alone, but the mojito and spicy bbq sauces enhanced them even more.
