Then my biscuit looked like bug baked in it. Contacted kfc Corp after calling back and person answer phone said theywould replace my biscuit. When I ask for the Mgr he said ? Why he gona say same thing

Worst customer service ever! Got the 8 piece meal, and potatoes were gritty, green beans were nasty, biscuits were tiny and hard, and chicken was definitely not what KTC used to be. No wonder they are never busy with employees sorude and hateful. Won't be back.

Once I got home half my order was missing and the food was a bit cold. My daughter went ahead and grabbed a plate of the food of what wedid get, and once I called to ask for a replacement of what I had missing, I was given a go around and was told to bring mymerchandise back completely even after my child already eat some of it. All I wanted was what was missing from my order! WorstCustomer Service Ever! ????

I'm not sure why these people have not opened their lobbies covid is over and we need to move on... Looking atthe last couple of months reviews they are all one star management needs to take control.
