The cleanliness of the dining area was filthy. I was there 11:39 in the morning. This means they were not open very long. I do believe the dining room was not cleaned the night before. Most of the tables were dirty and with food particles. Oldballoons on the floor, and the floor was very sticky. However, our cashier service was good..
Awful service didn’t have chicken or even an employee say a word to me for 10 minutes. I am a DoorDash driver and they talked about me making fun of me while I sat and waited for them to finish.
Unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet my expectations. The branch was being run by teenagers without any adult supervision. The space could have been better maintained. The cleanliness of the place needs improvement, especially in the outdoor area. The service was slow and disorganized, with no trays provided even for dining in. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was small and not very spicy. The fries were cold and overly salty. Overall, the experience was disappointing. On the positive side, there was Wi-Fi available and parking was convenient.
One day the insides open, one day the inside is closed, and it 's very inconvenient for people to have to keep getting out of their cars to check and see if they 're open. All they have to do is put a sign up. They 're always out of whatever I need to come get. I always get the excuse oh, well we have to wait for that to cook . I have yet to show up to this KFC and just pick up an order without having to wait. Unacceptable!
