I was the 5th car in line and had to wait 20 minutes! Not a good choice in the morning before work. Once I did get the sandwich I ordered, the wrapping and bottom of the sandwich was wet and soggy! I attempted the morning before also but ended up pullingout of line due to the wait. Something needs to be done to address efficiency. This is called Fast Food for a reason and thislocation isn't doing too well with that concept. Hardee's is usually pretty good but this location has been extremelydisappointing.

I went through the drive thru twice in a about a week and a guy named Chris took my order. I honestly haver never had a nicer or more efficient experience! This guy needs a raise for sure. The place was really busy but he went out of his way to be kind andconsiderate to me and every car that hadordered before me. Very rare these days. Thanks Chris Hall for being a kind, hardworker!
The food was great, but the atmosphere left something to be desired. The building appeared somewhat worn and could use a good cleaning. However, the person managing the drive-thru was exceptionally friendly and polite.
Review: I visited Hardee's on 5/8/2022, and I found the morning staff to be quite silent during my food pickup. I understand they might be busy, but a simple thank you would be nice. On a positive note, the food is generally tasty. Update on 10/20/2022: The new team has truly impressed me. The customer service is exceptional, and the drive-thru times have significantly improved. The quality of the food has also noticeably gotten better, showing that they genuinely care. Kudos to whoever hired the new staff!
