I called to inquire, and they informed me they couldn't open the dining room due to insufficient staff and wouldn't even allow me to use the bathroom. Honestly, I can't bring myself to order food when I'm in such discomfort, and I lack confidence in this location since so often they're closed.

I had a very disappointing experience. If you're unable to make a basic cheeseburger, it might be time to rethink how things are managed. The restaurant itself is in bad shape, and the service was lacking as well.
