Feeling... read more I attempted to use the drive-thru a couple of times in the afternoon, but was turned away both times because they claimed they didn't have enough staff. Feeling hopeful, I decided to try again and went inside this morning just after 9 AM to use the restroom and place an order. However, the doors were locked, even though there were cars in the drive-thru. I called to inquire, and they informed me they couldn't open the dining room due to insufficient staff and wouldn't even allow me to use the bathroom. Honestly, I can't bring myself to order food when I'm in such discomfort, and I lack confidence in this location since so often they're closed.

The restaurant itself is in bad shape, and the service was lacking as well.

W... read more I ordered a chicken tenders combo at the drive-thru and initially waited 4 minutes. Then I waited another 14 minutes for my side order, which never showed up. When I went inside to ask about it, I was told it wasn’t ready. I requested to substitute fries instead, but they said the fries weren’t ready either. No fries at a burger place! Frustrated, I took my chicken and tea and left. I then spent 10 minutes filling out an online refund form. I received a code to write on my receipt and was told to return with it, but no explanation of how the issue would be resolved. I understand times are tough, but this experience was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
