Ordered from here multiple times and every single time has been a HUGE disappointment. One time I ordered two meatball subs and got two Italian subs and they never refunded it. How do you screw that up and I understand mistakes happen but at least take accountability. We were staying st the Hyatt overnight, and the desk clerk recommended Frank’s for pizza. We ordered it online, and the confirmation indicated it would be delivered in an hour. Imagine our surprise when it arrived in less than 30 minutes. It was tasty, and the crust had that nice, chewy and doughy flavor and texture. Wish they had grilled chicken as an option for create your own pizzas.
The food is always good, but the service is routinely bad.
Excellent food and server. Good to see smiling faces...
