I also have a fai... read more Stops from downshift on a cross-country bike. I was dehydrated, hungry and needed bike maintenance. of course, all three needs were satisfied. I also have a fairly high B.S detector for the maintenance of bicycles. I used to be stopped at another bike store and went, as they tried to oversell me on a lot of maintenance I didn't need. the staff here was very knowledgeable (and very fast). I have what my bike needed in 15 minutes. would strongly recommend their maintenance. also had a filling fresh bowl and some much needed coffee. all surprsingly high quality (I was surprised because I thought the focus of the shop would be bicycle maintenance. not eat and coffee). I would also rate her eating experience 5 stars.

They diagnosed and fixed a recurring issue in my apartment for just $20, and they even addressed a problem with my steering. I’ll definitely return to enjoy some drinks soon!

Al... read more Stopped by Downshift on a cross country bike trip. I was dehydrated, hungry and in need of bike maintenance. Needless to say, all three needs were satisfied. Also, I have a fairly high B.S. detector for bike maintenance... I had stopped at another bike shop earlier, and left since they were trying to over-sell me on a bunch of maintenance I didn't need. The staff here was VERY knowledgeable (and very quick). I got what my bike needed in 15 minutes. Would strongly recommend their maintenance.
