Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roanoke

I have celiac disease and I can usually go to chipotle without problems. I had the Carnitas in a bowl and used chips. later that day, I had heartburn. A couple days later, and I'm having the toilet explosion in a public place. I was contaminated! The service was also not very good. We had asked for napkins, I didn't have any plastic bags, and they don't have any salsa laying out.Once again, Roanoke ruins, what should be a safe restaurant

We called in an order to be picked up by 11:49am. My daughter said only one person was doing takeout, three people were making other meals one guy was running the register. I realize you guys are short staffed, but what happened to teamwork, somebody should have been helping the young lady with take out.

I was not happy to hear that Chipotle stop selling the chicken al pastor. I like it better than the regular chicken. BRING IT BACK!!!!!

It was a great experience!! We were seated quickly, given chips till we ordered, the order came quickly, and they accepted an ad on without even a blink. I will go here again without a blink too!!

First time going really enjoyed it. Got a bowl. Told the guy we had never been there he told us about everything. Really friendly
