Cheesesteak Factory Jerkhouse - Roanoke

I placed an order for the J chicken Philly sub and other things. For the sub, I asked for no lettuce, tomato, green peppers, mayo, and jalapeños. They ignored these instructions. When I called they did not apologize and the manager said to ask Uber Eats for a refund and then reorder my food. I'm annoyed because if I do this, I'd have to pay for another delivery fee and tip because of their mistake. No thanks!

I can give it only 4 stars because the Pricing for a cheesesteak and onion rings for $13.72 is Steep and Yes inflation is here and I get that!Pros: Hot, Fresh, Tasty, Has flavor, fulling for me!Cons: Too priceyGive the place a try the food is good just walk with money!Mr. Joseph Bahadoor

I called and placed an order they said it would be 15 minutes. i get there to get my food they had no record of my order and nomore j chicken … wasn’t aware of this until waiting for almost 20 minutes then, was told i could have ox tails ok.. whatever. food was disgusting mac and cheese was old and had dried up white cheese sauce on top of it! overall my food was NOT worth $60. i will never and i mean never eat here again. i literally waited a little over an hour for my food for a mix up that was not my fault! the rice tasted like it came straight out a microwaveable bag and the oxtails had no meat on them. threw all my food in the trash 0/10 do not recommend this place!

This place has severely went down hill! We ordered 2 large j chicken and a Philly cheesesteak. The j chicken was way overcooked and tasted nothing like it was suppose to. The cabbage was good! The Philly steak was way overcooked and had zero flavor. The bread was also soggy.
